![]() Morale is incredibly low and every employee is looking for another job or at least another part-time job to help supplement. It has become a revolving door on every level (counselors, clinicians and management) due to the incredible unorganized, mismanaged state this location is in. Paychecks are inconsistent and every time employees go into a staff meeting they have to hold their breath in regards to what management will take away next in terms of pay. The company is going through MAJOR changes with new ownership and counselors who have been there 10+ years are leaving due to these changes and loss of pay. This is due to being a non-exempt salary employee, which of course they do not share during your interview. Despite being told you will make a certain salary rate upon your hire, you will be furloughed often and will make around half of what they promise your salary would be. Dominion has the lowest TDT clients out of any of the other agencies providing services within the field and it is very apparent as to why.I cannot recommend enough to stay away from this company. ![]() ![]() ![]() Management does not do their job in terms of advocating for clients, their staff or the company in general and does not communicate with staff, only blames them for these changes. I cannot recommend enough to stay away from this company. All in all, the expectations are unrealistic and the pay is not worth the unhappiness. This company has shattered any passion I have had for this field. If you’re a supervisor- you have a company cell phone and if you’re hourly, you better still answer it. If you’re hired for one position, don’t get attached, because you will be moved around. Those certain managers don’t do their jobs but are treasured because they grovel to upper management and then brag about it afterwards. There are certain managers who have destroyed programs, get moved to other programs and damage those as well. You’re expected to grow programs with no staff in order to do so. You have no support from your supervisors and you’re expected to do the jobs of three or more people to “cut costs”. For a company that works with mental health, they do nothing to assist their employees with recognizing their own mental health. The pay is awful, the insurance is expensive, the time off is laughable, no raises, etc. If you decide to apply for this company, look elsewhere! There are no incentives to working for them. ![]()
